Shipping policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Because our pieces are made to order, processing can vary with demand.

Delivery time. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for your order to arrive. Our items are made to order and shipped from our supplier, so delivery takes longer than standard retail. By placing an order you understand and agree to this delivery window.

Tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking where available.

Delays. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in their hands. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping addresses. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address.
